Meeting the reporting requirements of the federal Stop Campus Hazing Act and Pennsylvania’s Timothy J. Piazza Anti-Hazing Law

麻豆破解 is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment where hazing has no place. Hazing is prohibited by College policy and by law.

In accordance with the federal Stop Campus Hazing Act and Pennsylvania’s Timothy J. Piazza Anti-Hazing Law (Act 80 of 2018), the College publishes this Campus Hazing Transparency Report. The report includes findings involving recognized and unrecognized student organizations that have been found responsible for hazing through the College’s conduct process. The report is updated at least twice each year and maintained for a minimum of five years.

Only organizations found responsible through the College’s conduct process are included in the Campus Hazing Transparency Report. Pending investigations and allegations are not published.

Hazing is any intentional, knowing, or reckless act committed by an individual or group in connection with initiation into, affiliation with, or continued membership in a student organization that causes or creates a risk of physical or psychological harm. Hazing is prohibited regardless of a person’s willingness to participate.
