Note: Assigned parking areas are indicated by the color coded permits issued and valid expiration dates. All registrants are required to park their vehicles in their assigned color-coded lots only.Ìý
- Overnight/Internship/Student Passes: Overnight/Internship/Student passes are no longer required. Unless spaces are needed for events or other campus activities, all students with LVC-registered vehicles may park on Summit Street, the Mary Green Lot, the Stanson Lots, and the Bank Lot Monday through Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. This will be strictly enforced, as these spaces are needed for our commuter students during the day.
- Parking in the Gravel Lot, Admissions Lot, Fire Hall Lot, and any other lots not listed above is strictly prohibited.
- Red, ASC, and Gold Lot Students: Parking permits are valid only in the lot assigned to your permit. For example, a Red Lot permit is not valid in the ASC Lot, and vice versa. Permit sales will be limited to the number of available spaces in each lot.
- Derickson Students: All vehicles must be registered and display a valid Red, ASC, or Gold parking permit. In addition, each suite will receive one hangtag for the designated parking space assigned to that suite. It is up to the roommates to decide who uses the hangtag at any given time. There will be approximately a dozen additional Derickson parking spaces available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis during registration. Once those spaces have been claimed, the Derickson parking option will automatically disappear from the registration system.
Note: The Derickson Lot is still painted with “Reserved for…” markings from previous years. Please ignore those designations. There are no individually assigned spaces. - Failure to comply with the above restrictions will result in the issue of a parking citation.
- Pull-off parking on Sheridan Avenue between Route 934 and College Avenue is only allowed for fifteen minutes. Violators will be issued a parking citation by the Â鶹Æƽâ Office of Campus Safety.
- Do not park in any of the parking spaces marked reserved or on the Fire Company parking lot (O).
- LVC Staff, Tenants, and Commuter students can use the Gravel Lot at 300 East Sheridan Ave. This lot is open to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week, all year. Vehicles with Red Lot stickers may use the lot from 6 p.m. Friday through 8 p.m. Sunday.
