The purpose of Inclusive Excellence at Â鶹Æƽâ is to intentionally cultivate an inclusive community where every individual is seen, valued, and connected. By making inclusion a way of being and belonging a shared, lived experience, we affirm that equity and excellence are achieved together—through a community that thrives on connection, respect, and mutual empowerment. Inclusive excellence is not a buzzword at Â鶹Æƽâ. Inclusive excellence principles are integrated into our strategic plan and both curricular and co-curricular experiences.
