These accommodations will be noted on the student\u2019s letter of accommodation. Students who are eligible for exam accommodations must follow these procedures in order to use the testing facility:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Students must have exam and testing accommodations listed as an approved accommodation.<\/li>\n<li>Students are encouraged to schedule examinations as soon as they have the exam <span style=\"font-family: var(--font-raleway); font-size: 1.125rem; letter-spacing: 0.00625em;\">dates but no later than 3 days in advance via the online booking system\/portal. This <\/span><span style=\"font-family: var(--font-raleway); font-size: 1.125rem; letter-spacing: 0.00625em;\">online booking system\/portal is used to schedule students to complete exams in the <\/span><span style=\"font-family: var(--font-raleway); font-size: 1.125rem; letter-spacing: 0.00625em;\">testing center and to request exams from faculty.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Students needing assistance scheduling online may contact Kris Shutter at <a style=\"font-family: var(--font-raleway); font-size: 1.125rem; letter-spacing: 0.00625em;\" href=\"mailto:shutter@lvc.edu\" data-outlook-id=\"bbf041c9-521c-40af-808c-028317f265e0\">shutter@lvc.edu<\/a><span style=\"font-family: var(--font-raleway); font-size: 1.125rem; letter-spacing: 0.00625em;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>List only the classes and exams that will be completed in the testing center.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: var(--font-raleway); font-size: 1.125rem; letter-spacing: 0.00625em;\">Schedule exams to be completed between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n        <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n\n\n<section\n    class=\"body body--white  body--line-right-light-blue body--line-right-full body--line-right\"\n    >\n    <div class=\"body__container\">\n                    <div class=\"body__heading\">Testing Facility Rules<\/div>\n                <div class=\"body__content\">\n            <div>\n<ul>\n<li>Students cannot miss a class to take an exam for another class.<\/li>\n<li>When extra time is permitted, students must take the exam within the testing window\u2014the same time as other students are taking the exam with additional time permitted immediately before or after the regularly scheduled exam period.
