Walk-ins and appointments are welcome. All Business Office forms and account worksheets can be found here<\/a>. Please submit completed Business Office Forms to the appropriate email address below, or put it in an envelope with your name\/department and ID\/account number and leave it in our Business Office drop box to the left of the Student Accounts Office in Humanities 110. Call 717-867-6300 or ext. 6300 or email\u00a0cashier@lvc.edu<\/a>\u00a0for assistance or to schedule an appointment.<\/p>\n

The Business Office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.\u20134:30 p.m. during the academic year. It is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m.\u20134 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. during the summer. Student Accounts is in Humanities 110, Accounts Payable is in Humanities 004, and Payroll is (temporarily) in Humanities 002.<\/p>\n

Payment must be made prior to the start of the semester in order to attend classes. Charges for other items, such as College Store purchases, are added monthly. Statements are sent mid-month and are due 14 days after billing.<\/p>\n

Student accounts must be paid in full in order to register for the next semester and to sign up for student housing. Student accounts must also be paid in full in order to obtain official academic transcripts and to participate in commencement exercises.<\/p>\n

Students withdrawing or taking a leave of absence from the College may be eligible to receive refunds as determined by the Business Office in accordance with federal regulations.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n\n\n\n

\n Tuition & Billing<\/span>\n <\/h2>\n

Major billing for the fall and spring semesters is prepared and emailed to students\u2019 LVC email accounts in early July and late-November. Payment is due in early August and early January respectively. Late charges of $200 per semester are added to the student account if payment in full (less approved financial aid) is not received by the stated due date.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
